WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Devin Grace Poetry does not offer returns, of any kind, on any of our products sold on DevinGrace.com.

Due to our fantastic shipping and handling procedures we have a 0% damage record. We do not foresee any of our products being damaged in the shipping process, but in the case where this does occur we offer same-item-exchanges for any product that may have been damaged in the shipping process.

No exchange items are accepted without first receiving an authorization code by emailing info@DevinGrace.com., or by calling 1(800) 980-POEM. When we receive the item from you with your authorization code we will gladly refund your return shipping cost and send you the same exact item, that same day, at no cost to you.

Please remember no exchanges WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Your damaged item replacement will be processed when your returned items are received.
